Teenage pump attendant, Micah Baltazar murdered on Monday night; one suspect held

By Aaron Humes: Pump attendant, 19-year-old Micah Baltazar was murdered on Monday night in Belize City.  The teenager, resident of Holy Emmanuel Street, had left his uncle’s residence on Kraal Road around 7:25 p.m. and while walking on Neal Pen Road was shot at by an unknown man who found his mark.

Police have recovered several expended shells from the scene and viewed surveillance footage of the area. Their investigation continues as the body awaits a post-mortem examination.

Police report that they have picked up one man in connection with Monday night’s murder of pump attendant 19-year-old Micah Baltazar.
