By BBN Staff: A relatively moist north-easterly airflow prevails, according to the National Meteorological Service.
The 24-hour forecast calls for some cloudy spells along with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over central and southern areas. Showers or thunderstorms will be isolated over the north, but a few more can be expected late tonight.
Winds are from the northeast at 10 to 20 knots; sea state is choppy.
Temperatures across most of the country will hit 82 degrees Fahrenheit; it will be 72 in the hills. Tonight, the coast will see temperatures of 75 degrees, 70 inland and 64 in the hills.
Tides are low as of 7:17 AM, then high at 1:22 P.M., then low again at 6:26 p.m.
The Sun rose at 6:17 and sets at 5:22 this evening.
The extended outlook for Saturday and Saturday night is for a few showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly over the north during the morning and then offshore during the night. Otherwise, showers will be isolated.
