By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing has announced that there is a road hazard in the Cayo district in the vicinity of Cristo Rey Village.
The Ministry said that a “slip failure” of the road embankment has occurred near mile 4.9 on the Cristo Rey-San Antonio road, extending some 16 feet along the edge of the road.
The slip failure has caused a 15-20 foot drop.
Motorists are asked to exercise extreme caution when traveling this area.
