Nineteen more Hondurans returned home after entering Belize illegally

By BBN Staff: Nineteen more Hondurans returned home after being charged for entering Belize illegally, Television Nacional Honduras reports.

The Honduran nationals included 5 women, a minor, a newborn, and 12 men.

Honduran Ambassador, Nery Funez thanked the Belizean government for the facilitation of the process.

Funez said that it is important to recognize the support provided by IOM.

Thirty-four more Hondurans who served sentences for immigration offenses also returned home.
