Polyclinic in Benque Viejo to be named after the Guerra Twin Doctors who lost battle with COVID-19

By BBN Staff: The polyclinic in Benque Viejo will be officially renamed tomorrow in honor of fallen frontline heroes: Doctors Kevin and Kenneth Guerra.

The polyclinic will be named “Drs. Kevin and Kenneth Guerra Polyclinic”.

On December 12, 2020, the Guerra family was requesting blood donation for the twin doctors who were suffering complications due to COVID-19 and were intubated at the KHMH in Belize City.

Later that day, Kevin passed away, and then on Sunday, December 13, Kenneth lost the battle with COVID-19.

Belizeans across the country lit candles and joined in motorcades to honor the two fallen heroes.

Indeed, the legacy and hard work of the ‘cuaches’  as they were affectionately known will forever remain in the hearts of their families, colleagues, and friends.
