Belize Electricity Limited gets new board of directors

By BBN Staff: The recently elected Briceno administration continues with appointments of new boards to statutory bodies.

A new Board of Directors has been appointed to Belize Electricity Limited (BEL).

Among the 5 new executive members appointed is the chairman, Andrew Marshalleck, Anwar Flores, Anil Hotchandani, Emilio Zabaneh, and Amir Carillo.

The previous board members who were appointed under the Barrow administration have tendered their resignation.

Along with the new members, are Marcello Blake representing Social Security while Fortis is being represented by Lynn Young, Kay Menzies, and James Laurito.
