Neighbor’s peccary attacks woman on her porch

By BBN Staff: A Belmopan resident is seeking court action after his neighbor’s peccary attacked his wife on her porch.

In a Plus News Exclusive interview, the woman said that she was making handcraft jewelry when a peccary entered her yard and approached her on the porch.

The animal attacked her and she was injured to her arm.

She was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.

The family has sought advice from an attorney.

Authorities have since euthanized the peccary.
