Over 20 people still hospitalized due to COVID-19

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) said today, that there are more than 20 people in the hospital due to COVID-19.

The Ministry’s latest update on the national COVID-19 situation, which was issued today, showed that 25 people were hospitalized in COVID-19 hospital units all over Belize.

There are also 6 people in intensive care units (ICU) as their condition has worsened, requiring greater medical intervention.

“If you have difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, or chest pain, seek medical attention immediately,” the MOHW said.
