By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service says fair conditions will prevail over most areas then changes will come later as a cold front approaches the country.
The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with isolated showers then a few showers and isolated thunderstorms will develop inland this afternoon and evening. Skies will be cloudy to overcast tonight with a few showers, isolated thunderstorms and periods of rain over most areas.
Winds are from the east to northeast at 5 to 10 knots; sea state is slight.
Today’s high temperatures are 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 90 degrees Fahrenheit in inland areas and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight, temperatures will fall to 73 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 68 degrees in the interior and 63 in the hills.
Tides will be low at 10:31 a.m.; then High at 4:43 p.m. The Sun rose today at 6:24 a.m. and will set at 5:33 p.m. this evening.
The passage of a cold front will support a few showers, isolated thunderstorms and periods of rain over most areas Friday, increasing over southern districts Friday night.
