List of qualified persons to sit the upcoming police intake exam out now, printed lists hit police stations tomorrow

By BBN Staff: The Belize Police Department published the official list of qualified persons to sit the exam for the police recruitment squad #95 this weekend and will be making hard copies of the list available tomorrow.

Commissioner of Police Chester Williams and Commandant of the National Police Training Academy, Superintendent John Moreira jointly issued a notice on Saturday via the department’s official Facebook account, with links to the lists sorted by district. The notice also said that applicants can visit police stations and precincts countrywide to view hard copies of the lists as of Monday, January 11.

The department also notes that the examination will be held on Saturday, January 16th, 2021, commencing 7: 00 a.m., and that those in the Stann Creek District will be sitting at three locations: Ecumenical College, Ecumenical Jr. College, and Delil Academy.

“Candidates sitting the examination should be properly attired, and are required to take along, their writing utensils. COVID-19 protocols will be adhered to at all-time,” the department said. The department also gave a stern warning that no walk-ins will be allowed, and no applications will be considered on examination day.
