By BBN Staff: Another migrant caravan from Honduras is reportedly seeking to move off in their quest to reach the United States of America, Reuters reports.
But, Guatemalan and Honduran military are expected to be deployed to prevent them from advancing.
In 2020, the Central American region was hit by 2 Hurricanes amid the economic downfall caused by COVID-19.
This, Reuters says has caused a rise in US-bound migration caravans through Mexico.
Many Hondurans have indicated their plans to leave next weekend in a new caravan.
U.S. officials have called on the Governments of this region to stop them.
In Guatemala, 4,000 soldiers will be deployed to stop the migrants.
Military spokesman, Ruben Tellez said that the borders with Honduras, El Salvador, Belize, and Mexico will be reinforced with more boots.
