Stann Creek man charged with aggravated assault of common-law wife

By Aaron Humes: Joel Bardalez,34, of Alta Vista, Stann Creek District, has been charged with aggravated assault of his partner two days before Christmas.

A police report states that on December 23 in the afternoon there was an altercation between Bardalez and the complainant one Sindey Tut, 28 years old.

Bardales allegedly attacked Tut with a hammer, causing significant facial and bodily injuries.

Tut’s injuries have not yet been classified by medical authorities as yet.

Police investigations continue.
