Teacher shot while socializing

By BBN Staff: A 50-year-old teacher had to receive medical treatment yesterday for gunshot wounds.

Police say that Gerldine Reneau was on Fabers Road socializing around 7:10 p.m. when shots were fired in the area.

Reneau realized she had been shot and was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, and admitted in stable condition.
