Twenty-seven new COVID-19 cases

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) has reported 27 newly-confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The new cases were confirmed from a sample batch of 152 tests.

The new cases had a split of 12 females to 15 males.

Belize’s national total for confirmed cases now stands at 11,642 and the positivity rate remains at 20.1. Of the national total for confirmed cases, 445 are still active.

The MOHW also has 150 suspected cases of COVID-19 under investigation.
