By Aaron Humes: The daily tracker of COVID-19 cases in Belize shows 22 new confirmed cases from 312 tests, today, Saturday.

At the same time, forty-one more persons have been confirmed recovered for a percentage of 94.3 per cent. 153 cases are reported as newly under investigation.

Nine persons are hospitalized for the disease and one is in intensive care.

The number of active cases now stands at 382 with more than 11,000 persons now recovered.

The national positivity rate is a shade under 20 percent at 19.9, with 11,722 cases confirmed from more than 47 thousand tests.

No new deaths were reported today, keeping that total at 290 or a shade under 2.5 per cent of cases.
