Minor found safe

By BBN Staff: A relative of  Wen-Hui Chen, a 17-year-old Chinese national that was reported missing on Sunday confirmed that he has been found.

Chen reportedly left his home around 6:30 on Sunday.

Fortunately, his family has located him.
