Unitedville residents arrested on drug charges

By BBN Staff: Police arrested three residents from Unitedville Village, Cayo district on drug-related charges over the weekend.

Around noon on Saturday, January 23, officers executed a search warrant at the home of Bernadine Myers, 44. At the time of the search  present at the time of the search, Kareem Isaiah Garcia,18, and Kevin Giovanni Trapp, 33, were also in the house.

During their search, officers found a waist bag behind a single sofa in Myers’ living room, which contained 70 pockets of marijuana amounting to 57.9 grams. Officers also found a black digital scale and $288.50.

They were all charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply to another.
