Prime Minister and technical team to meet on budget consultations

By BBN Staff: At the Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday, it was agreed that Prime Minister John Briceno will lead budget consultations along with Tourism Minister, Anthony Mahler; CEO Chris Coye and their technical team.

The consultations will commence with the private sector and social partners in the first week of February.

Additionally, Minister of Education, Francis Fonseca will lead consultations with the Belize National Teachers Union and the Public Service Union.

Fonseca will be joined by the Deputy Prime Minister Cordel Hyde and Minister of Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform Henry Charles Usher.
