Kenrick Dyrsdale murdered in Dangriga

By BBN Staff: Dangriga resident Kenrick Drysdale, 30, was shot and killed in the Harlem Area of Dangriga Town yesterday.

An eye witness told police that he heard three loud bangs around 9:40 a.m. and when he went to look out his window, he saw Drysdale lying on the ground, wounded, and a man fleeing the scene with what appeared to be a gun in his hand.

A friend took Drysdale to the Southern Regional Hospital (SRH) where he was found to have a gunshot wound to the chest and lower back. Drysdale was unresponsive upon arrival at the SRH and was shortly after pronounced dead.

A minor has been detained by police in connection with the murder pending charges. Police are investigating.
