Ministry of Health and Wellness cancels Sunday edition of COVID-19 daily updates

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW) will not be producing COVID-19 national updates on Sundays.

The MOHW made the announcement today via its Facebook page and explained the new process going forward.

“The report produce on Mondays will include information for two days including the data from the immediate Sunday before that Monday,” the Ministry said.

The last COVID-19 national update, released on Saturday, January 30, showed that Belize had 11,908 confirmed cases, 298 active cases, 260 suspected cases, and 301 deaths.
