By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service says drier and warmer conditions are settling in.
For the next 24 hours, skies will be mostly sunny in the daytime and clear to partly cloudy tonight. Little or no rainfall is expected.
Winds are from the southeast at 5 to 15 knots; sea state is light chop.
High temperatures: 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 88 degrees inland and 74 degrees in the hills. Low temperatures tonight: 76 degrees along the coast; 68 degrees in the interior and 62 in the hills.
Tides will be low at 9:43 a.m. and 11:50 p.m. and high at 3:59 p.m.
The Sun rose at 6:23 a.m. and will set at 5:50 p.m. this evening.
The weekend begins with warm and dry conditions.
