Weather: Another bright day ahead

Mainly fair conditions prevail according to the National Meteorological Service, which forecasts sunny skies with a few cloudy spells today and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers will be isolated.

Winds are from the east to northeast at 10 to 20 knots; sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft caution remains in effect for locally rough seas.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 93 degrees over inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight, expect average temperatures of 76 degrees Fahrenheit over the coast, 70 in the interior and 66 in the hills.

Tides will be high at 7:38 a.m. and 6:23 p.m. and low at 11:50 a.m. The Sun rose at 6:22 a.m. and will set at ten minutes to six.

In the extended outlook, mainly fair conditions continue with showers being isolated on Monday into Monday night.
