Friends for Conservation and Development conduct fly over at Chiquibul

By BBN Staff: Today, Friends for Conservation and Development (FCD) conducted a fly over of the Chiquibul Forest Reserve.

FCD thanked Adytum Helicopter for the fly over.

FCD personnel were accompanied by Minister of Sustainable Development, Orlando Habet and Minister of Home Affairs, Kareem Musa.

The fly over was from the western border over the Machaquilha Conservation Post to the northern Caballo Conservation Post, onward to the Vaca Forest Reserve and over the Mountain Pine Ridge and Baldy Beacon.

Habet and Musa met the Joint Forces personnel at Rio Blanco Conservation Post to hear first-hand accounts of the challenges faced in their conservation efforts.
