Belize City Council partners with businesses to assist entrepreneurs

By BBN Staff: Today through the efforts of the Belize City Council Accelerator Program and the partnership with Prestige Auto Sales Co. Ltd, Westrac Ltd. and Hofius, 7 persons received some supplies to help them grow their car wash services into small scale businesses.

Under the theme “4-Sure We Keep it Clean”, all recipients received their startup packages as well as lunch presented by Mayor Bernard Wagner and representatives from partnering companies at a hand-over ceremony.

“We wish these dedicated gentlemen all the best on their journeys to entrepreneurship and we look forward to the benefits they will yield for Foreshore. Those visiting the Downtown area are welcome to take advantage of this new revitalized service,” a statement from the council expressed.
