San Ignacio Community Hospital receives 100 face shields donation

By BBN Staff: On Monday, the San Ignacio Community Hospital received a donation of 100 face shields from the Minister of Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management, Orlando Habet.

The face shields were designed by engineering students of the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. 

Nahir Habet, son of Minister Orlando Habet is the engineering manager at Atrium Health’s Musculoskeletal Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

Present for the handing over were Lizbeth Guerra, Hospital Administrator; Dr. Cuellar, Medical Chief of Staff; and Dr. Mai, Medical Officer-in-charge of the Flu Clinic.
