Area Representative, Alex Balona says that he asked the Minister of Natural Resources to visit Cayo Central and help his constituents with their land issues.

Balona said that the primary concern he heard during his visit to his constituency was problems pertaining to land.

“This morning, they are doing consultation of land issues for residents of Cayo Central. Since, January 6, I have been having weekly clinics and I have started my rotations in the villages and I found out that most of the concerns or issues are related to land,” Balona stated.

Those wishing to apply for land for the first time can do so at the Cayo Central Area Representative’s office in Santa Elena daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
