Cayo Central Area Representative: ‘Over 300 residents participated in land consultation’

By BBN Staff: Cayo Central Area Representative, Alex Balona told BBN that over 300 residents of the constituency participated in the 2 day land consultation hosted by the Ministry of Natural Resources.

“I am very pleased that we saw over 300 persons over the last 2 days….I believe that every single person that came in left with a positive response,” Balona said.

Balona said that most residents had applied for lease and title but didn’t hear again on whether or not the process was completed.

“When people come in and say this is my last resort and ask for help and when they leave with a title in their hand, that is the best thing that can happen,” Balona said.
