Notice of Intended Prosecution served to Ruben Santos for causing Santa Elena traffic accident

By BBN Staff: Police have issued a notice of intended prosecution to Ruben Santos, of 7 miles in Cayo.

According to reports, Santos was driving and failed to stop at the intersection of Requena and Bishop Martin Street in Santa Elena Town.

Santos then reportedly hit an incoming silver SUV causing it to crash into a motorcycle and overturn in a drain.

The driver of the silver vehicle, Miriam Banos, and the motorcycle driver, Ben Rodas were then transported to the hospital for medical treatment.

Fortunately, both drivers escaped with only minor injuries.
