Pregnant teen dead in traffic accident

By Aaron Humes: Breaking Belize News understands that one of the injured in Saturday’s road traffic accident on the Coastal Road has been identified as a pregnant teenager.

Janet McNab, 18, is confirmed to have died as a result of her injuries.

A total of four persons were injured and taken to the Western Regional Hospital in Belmopan after a van, also reportedly carrying tourists, collided with a tractor. The road is being upgraded through international funding.
