Premium, Diesel, and Kerosene prices all going up at midnight

By BBN Staff: The Government of Belize announced today that the price per gallon of Premium gasoline, Diesel fuel, and Kerosene will all be going up as of tomorrow.

The Ministry of Finance said that Premium gasoline will go up by 51 cents from $9.89 to $10.40 per gallon; Kerosene will go up by 29 cents from $6.46 to $6.75 per gallon, and Diesel will go up by 42 cents from $9.20 to $9.62 per gallon.

The change is set to take effect at midnight, February 25, 2021.

The latest increase represents that fifth price adjustment since the start of 2021 and the second for the month of February.

The last price adjustment was on February 8, which also saw an increase in the price per gallon of Deisel fuel.
