The virtual event is scheduled for March 5, 2021, at 9:00 am.

A statement from the Mexican Embassy says that the event aims to foster bilateral trade, to identify potential buyers and suppliers of a variety of products and services, and invigorate the region’s economy.

According to the statement, the available sectors include companies related to:

  • Software & app development
  • Tourism services & transportation
  • Logistics
  • Business consultancy
  • Education
  • Supply solutions
  • Construction & renewable energy

Belizean companies, entrepreneurs, business associations, and interested people are encouraged to join to meet with their counterparts from Quintana Roo in the virtual trade mission.

The Embassy highlighted that the participation of COPARMEX and the Ministry of Economic Development of Quintana Roo also represents a great opportunity for the Belizean business community to dialogue directly with the authorities and entrepreneurial organizations to seek opportunities in investment and trade between Belize and Mexico.

Those interested in participating in the business round table can contact them at [email protected] and follow the Embassy’s social media platforms for updates.
