Police detain female suspect in Gonzalo Rosado murder investigation, also seeking two men

By BBN Staff: Police have detained one person, a 29-year-old woman in connection with the murder of Gonzalo Rosado which occurred last night, and say that they are additionally seeking two men.

Reports are that Rosado left his home in Succotz Village shortly before 7:00 p.m. to pick up a woman from Benque Viejo. When he got back home three gunshots rang out in front of his house.

Officers arrived at the scene to find Rosado dead in his vehicle with two gunshot wounds to the head. Eyewitnesses say that three people, two “dark-skinned” men, and a Hispanic woman, were seen leaving the area shortly after the shots were fired. Police say that there were no expended shells recovered from the scene.

Investigations into the matter continue.
