Belize Met Service: Fair conditions continue to prevail

By BBN Staff: Generally, fair weather continues to prevail according to the Belize National Meteorological Service (Belize Met Service), supporting mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy skies tonight, with little or no rainfall.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit in coastal areas, 93 degrees inland, and 80 degrees in the hills; tonight, it will be a slightly chilly 74 degrees along the coast, 63 in the interior, and 60 in the hills.

Winds are light and variable, later coming from the east to southeast at 0 to 10 knots.

Tides will be low at 7:28 a.m. this morning and at 8:57 p.m. tonight, and high at 1:26 p.m. this afternoon. The sun rose at eight minutes past six this morning and will set at exactly six p.m. tonight.

Friday sees continuing mainly fair weather with little or no rainfall.
