Gas going up again! Regular over $10 a gallon

By BBN Staff: The Government of Belize announced today that the price of Regular gasoline is going up as of tomorrow.

The Ministry of Finance reported that on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, the pump price of regular gasoline will increase by 25 cents from $9.81 to $10.06 per gallon.

Premium gasoline, Kerosene, and Diesel will remain unchanged at $10.40, $6.75, and $9.62 per gallon, respectively.

“The price change reflects current demand and supply conditions of crude oil in the international petroleum market and fluctuations in the acquisition price of refined fuel products in the countries from which Belize obtains its supplies,” GOB said.

The price change marks the first for the month of March and the sixth adjustment in gas price for 2021 thus far.
