The National Meteorological Service says skies will be mostly cloudy today, with only a few sunny breaks. Skies will be cloudy at times tonight with a few outbreaks of showers and rain over central and southern areas.
High temperatures will be 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 86 degrees inland and 74 in the hills. Low temperatures tonight will range from 74 degrees along the coast to 68 degrees inland and 61 degrees in the hills.
Winds are from the northeast at 10 to 20 knots; sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft caution remains in effect for occasionally gusty winds and locally rough seas in northeasterly swells.
Tides will be high at 8:54 a.m. and 8:25 p.m. and low at 1:58 p.m. The Sun rose at 6:04 a.m. and will set at 6:01 p.m.
The extended outlook for Thursday and Thursday night is for a few showers or periods of rain to develop mainly over central and southern areas.
