By BBN Staff: Mexican President, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, has stated that the vaccination against COVID-19 in Mexico is going well.

President Obrador said that on Wednesday, over 362,000 people had been vaccinated in the highest daily-amount.

The President said that there are no setbacks to comply with their set vaccination schedule.

In addition, the President said that their new contracts reaffirm their commitment to vaccinate all 15 million elderly people in Mexico by mid-April.

Health officials indicated that 3.4 million doses had been administered in prioritized sectors.

Today, the country also received another batch of CanSino vaccine.

In Belize, 2489 people have been vaccinated and the Ministry continues with its COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
