Belize Met Service: Fair weather expected

The National Meteorological Service of Belize (Belize Met Service) says that fair weather conditions will prevail today.

The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy to clear skies tonight. Little or no rainfall is expected.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 90 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 78 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 77 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 71 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 65 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Southeast between 05-15 knots, and the sea state will be light chop.

High tide came in at 10:44 a.m. and low tide will occur at 5:05 a.m.

The sun will set at 6:02 p.m. and the moon rose at 6:57 a.m.
