Gas price goes up again, regular fuel just under $11 a gallon

By Benjamin Flowers: The Government of Belize has announced that the price of Regular fuel will be going up again this week, to just under $11 a gallon.

The Ministry of Finance explained that the pump price of regular gasoline will increase by 86 cents from $10.06 to $10.92 per gallon. The change will take effect on Friday, March 19, 2021,

Meanwhile, the prices for premium gasoline, kerosene, and diesel will remain unchanged at $10.40, $6.75, and $10.15 per gallon, respectively.

The change represents the second price adjustment for the Month of March and the seventh since the start of 2021.

The last price change came into effect on March 10, when the price of Regular fuel went up by 25 cents from $9.81 to $10.06 per gallon.
