Teenager charged for double shooting in Belize City

By Benjamin Flowers: Police have arrested a teenage boy for a double shooting in Belize City that occurred on Wednesday.

The 17-year-old was officially charged today for the murder of Percival Pilgrim, 34, and aggravated assault upon Kanye King, 16.

Тhе victims were wаlkіng together tоwаrd Lаkеvіеw Ѕtrееt frоm Ваnаk аrоund 2:30 p.m. When they passed an аllеуwау thаt lеаdѕ tо Мауflоwеr Ѕtrееt, thrее people, including the minor now arrested, emerged and opened fire.

Both victims were taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, however, Pilgrim died of his injuries later on.
