The National Meteorological Service says we are getting a cold front this weekend, supporting rain and cooler conditions.
For the next 24 hours, skies will be cloudy at times with showers, rain and thunderstorms countrywide, especially over inland areas, then mostly over the north and inland tonight.
High temperatures are 82 degrees Fahrenheit for coastal areas; 86 degrees in the interior and 74 degrees in the hills. The mercury goes down to 72 degrees along the coast tonight; 67 in inland areas and 60 in the hills.
Winds are from the east at 5 to 15 knots; sea state is choppy.
Low tide is expected at 7:14 a.m., to be followed by high tide at 1:09 p.m this afternoon and another low tide at 8:54 p.m. this evening.
The Sun rose at 5:57 a.m. this morning and will set at 6:03 p.m. this evening.
The extended forecast calls for showers, rain and isolated thunderstorms in the center and South of the country on Saturday. Activity is expected to decrease gradually to impact only offshore and some coastal areas on Saturday night.
