Weather: Fair weather returns

Fair weather is coming in as the last of the cold front leaves according to the National Meteorological Service. There will be cloudy spells with isolated showers over the next 24 hours.

High temperatures today are 82 degrees Fahrenheit over the coast, 84 over inland areas and 72 in the hills; tonight it will be 72 along the coast, 66 inland and 60 in the hills.

Winds are from the west to northwest at 5 to 15 knots; sea state is light chop.

High tide is at 2:53 p.m. this afternoon; there will be low tides at 8:27 this morning and 11:22 this evening. The Sun rose at 5:56 a.m. and will set at 6:03 p.m.

Through Monday, fair weather will be firmly in place with little or no rainfall.
