The National Meteorological Services says seasonably dry and warm weather conditions prevail over the area; however, residents, especially those in the interior of the country, are advised to remain hydrated and avoid out-door activities as much as possible.
Skies will be mostly sunny today and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight. Little or no rainfall is expected.
High temperatures are 89 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 97 degrees over inland areas and 80 in the hills. Tonight, it will be 80 degrees along the coast, 72 inland and 68 in the hills.
Winds will be from east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots and gusty; sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft caution is in effect for gusty winds and locally rough seas.
High tide is at 7:46 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. today and the low at 12:31 p.m.
The Sun sets this evening at 6:04 p.m. and rises at 5:52 a.m. Thursday morning.
The extended outlook for Thursday and Thursday night is for continuing warm, dry and windy weather.
