By Aaron Humes: Beginning next Monday, March 29, the office of Ombudsman Lionel Arzu is re-opening to walk-ins and appointments.

In a statement, the office said it has implemented necessary safety measures to ensure the safety of everyone who enters.

Appointments can be made via 223-3594/223-3198 or our Office email at [email protected].   While appointments are preferred, the Office will continue to accept walk-ins.

Temperature checks have been instituted and anyone with a high temperature may be asked to reschedule.

Face-masks and sanitization are mandatory. Visitors are required to sign a register on entry.

You may be asked to leave the office if you show flu-like signs, cold/fever, or coughing.

Social distancing is mandatory and visitors will be asked to keep a minimum of 6 feet between you and other complainants.

The staff of the Office of the Ombudsman thanks you for your cooperation and support at this time.
