By Aaron Humes: Belize ends this week with 28 active cases of COVID-19 after four new cases were reported today.

Nine persons have been reported recovered, three are still actively hospitalized and one is in intensive care.

A total of 12,415 cases have been reported since March 23, 2020, of which 12,061 have recovered and 317 have died (no new deaths have been reported).

The Ministry of Health and Wellness continues to encourage Belizeans to adopt safety measures including mask-wearing and social distancing and to get vaccinated when it is their turn.
