Easter week begins with excellent weather

The National Meteorological Service says fair, windy, and dry conditions prevail.

Over the next 24 hours, skies will be mostly sunny in the daytime and clear to partly cloudy tonight, however, there is a chance of isolated showers this evening.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 94 degrees inland, and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight, it will be 80 degrees along the coast, 74 degrees inland, and 66 in the hills.

Winds are from the east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots and gusty; sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft caution is in effect for occasional gusty winds and rough seas.

High tide is reported at 9:46 a.m. and 10:17 p.m. and low tide at 4:04 p.m. The Sun sets at 6:05 p.m. and rises at 5:49 a.m. Monday.

Similar fair weather is expected through Monday.
