Easter Sunday stabbing claims the life of Belize City woman

By BBN Staff: Police have confirmed that the victim of a stabbing that took place in Rockville Village earlier today has died.

Officers say that the 24-year-old woman from Belize City was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) with a stab wound to the body and died of her injury sometime after 5:00 p.m.

Police are investigating the circumstances that lead to her demise.
