By Zoila Palma: Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams is encouraging the public to get vaccinated when it is made available to them.
Williams said that the Belize Police Department has a vital role to play in the fight against COVID-19.
“ We have been affected a lot as front-line workers. Now, we have a vaccine to help us move forward as a country. I believe in the COVID-19 vaccine. I will take the vaccine when it is my turn,” Williams said.
He urged everyone to get vaccinated and protect themselves and others.
