By Zoila Palma: David Awe, the founder of nationally acclaimed restaurant, Pop’s in San Ignacio died this morning.

Pop’s Restaurant in the heart of San Ignacio is known for its delicious breakfasts and diners say they provide only the best ‘fry jacks’ in Belize.

Belizeans have joined in extending sympathies to Pops’ friends and family on their loss.

May he rest in peace.
