By Zoila Palma: Police have arrested and charged Felix Can, 37, and Rene Abrego, 24, with ‘handling stolen goods’ after a report was made of a stolen grey 2018 Wingle 5.

Lloyd Martinez, 54, reported to police that the Wingle was stolen on March 30, 2021.

But, the duo was additionally charged for ‘theft’ of another vehicle.

According to police reports, the 2008 Toyota Hilux assigned to Mauricio Alvarado, Sub-Director of NICH was stolen on April 6, 2021.

Both men were also charged for the ‘theft’ of the Hilux.
