Vehicle fire reported in Belize City

By Benjamin Flowers: Personnel from the Belize National Fire Service (BNFS) were called to King Street in Belize City this afternoon to douse a vehicle fire.

The incident occurred around 3:00 p.m. involving a van parked inside a yard just after the corner of King Street and Euphrates Avenue.

The BNFS personnel managed to extinguish the blaze without any major damages to homes in the area.

An investigation into the cause of the fire is expected to be conducted following the incident.
